ROXANE

Roxane’s story is best summarized by her owner:
“The design brief was to build a sailing yacht with a modern underwater design and a traditional superstructure. The exterior had to have comfortable spaces for entertaining large amounts of people, even under sail. Two distinct entertainment areas were designed both aft and forward that met my requirements. Most of my guests and visitors were impressed with the available space, its versatility, and the creative thinking behind its design.

As for the interior, I let Remi (Tessier) read my mind and come up with a design. He proposed an interior with very simple lines but unusual material choices. Intricate details and materials were used such as bleached wenge & teak, bronze with antique finish (all custom parts). I really liked the fusion of eastern and western influences Remi proposed as it didn’t go as far as being ‘cliché’ as in many yachts.”
